WIRED's Chris Haslam added Rider to their guide to the best Bluetooth speakers as the Best Rugged Bluetooth Speaker. His case is that it can take basically anything you throw at it, and answers with loud, clear sound rather than skipping a beat, thanks to the steel grille, silicone ball corners and IP66 rating. He rates the durability and clean sound as best in class, with a swappable battery that gives 35 hours at mid volume. He'd like newer Bluetooth than 4.2. Noted.
